We are looking for the following Skills/Experience:

• Guide Product Owners and multi-disciplinary teams in managing the scope of work for the Change Program.
• Maintain awareness of existing standards and constraints while prioritizing tasks.
• Advise on the right approach for Scrum teams, ensuring alignment with Change Program goals.
• Develop and maintain an outcome-oriented product roadmap based on customer insights and feedback.
• Ensure the roadmap aligns with sustainable targets for experience, content, and product delivery.
