One of our Federal Government clients is looking for IT Service Manager in Canberra.

We are looking for the following Skills/Experience:

• 8+ years of experience in an enterprise ITSM/SIAM SME role, delivering strategic IT service management solutions.
• Strong background in Service Integration and Management (SIAM) principles and frameworks.
• Support the development, transition & day to day operations of ITSM and SIAM processes, engaging with colleagues, internal/external suppliers and key business stakeholders.
• Assist with ITSM documentation management within the Operations Management team, implementing and uplifting policies & processes as well as pro-actively identifying improvements and enhancements.
