• Created detailed sitemaps and organized hierarchies to ensure clear, intuitive navigation for users.
• Developed an information architecture tailored for the COP31 SharePoint, ensuring easy access and seamless interaction with content.
• Analyzed user data and feedback to identify pain points, areas of improvement, and opportunities for enhancement.
• Provided continuous support and troubleshooting throughout the design, development, and deployment process.
